First Choice Staffing is partnering with Trenton Technology to offer a hands-on soldering event for individuals interested in exploring a potential career in manufacturing and electronics.
No previous soldering experience is necessary. Trenton Technology is seeking candidates with strong hand-eye coordination, attention to detail and an aptitude for precision work. During the event, participants will complete hands-on activities designed to evaluate manual dexterity, fine motor skills, and overall suitability for soldering work.
Qualified candidates may have the opportunity to advance in the hiring process and become part of the Trenton Technology team. Candidates selected for employment will receive additional training after they are hired.
