During the 45 years that our family has owned and operated First Choice Staffing, many things have changed. One thing that will never change is the importance of our employees and the value that they bring to our business. We have found over the years, and especially recently, that our employees are our absolute best source of other qualified employees. Nothing means more to us than when one of our employees tells another person about what we do and then that person becomes an employee as well.
We pride ourselves in building strong relationships with our employees whether they are First Choice Employees for a few weeks or several years. We think that our relationships sets us apart from other staffing companies; the bottom line is that we care. We can’t do our job of finding qualified employees for our clients without a steady stream of applicants.
Right now, there is a serious shortage of quality applicants. We want to encourage and reward our employees for referring others to us. In that spirit, we are announcing an increase to our employee referral bonus program. Until April 30th, we will pay a bonus of $50 to any current First Choice Staffing employee that refers a new employee to us [after that employee works 2 full weeks.] Our employees can earn $50, $100, or even $200 — there’s no limit!! The new employee must provide the name of the referring employee at the time of the interview (don’t worry—we will ask!).
